South American passport vs European passport on applying for a residence.

It depends of which Latin American country or which European country...

For example

Europe = Spain = Better

Europe = England = Better

Latin America = Venezuela = Worse

and so on....

It doesn't matter that much though

1. South American might be Mercosur and thus a bit easier

2. You'll still need your birth certificate apostilled and your criminal record from where you lived the last while
