How long criminal record is valid to apply for a residency
Hi all... Has anyone done TR here recently from Canada. Wondering how long is criminal record check valid for when applying for TR here? It takes quite a long time to get it apostilled in Canada.

It's valid for 6 months. Most Canadian embassies can apostille for you. A lot of our Canadian clients go through Bogota to get their documents apostilled. Doing it yourself seems to take way longer. I used Red Seal Notary in toronto, and it was around 3 weeks for the apostille.
