Which neighborhoods are the safest to live in?

I have recently moved to Asunción and I am not yet familiar with the neighborhoods along with the different zones here. What areas do foreigners usually choose when deciding to move to Asunción? I moved to the city alone by myself so I would feel comfortable to know what areas are safe and/or convenient.

First of all, welcome to Asunción! Most expats and foreigners usually prefer neighborhoods like Villa Morra, Carmelitas, Recoleta, Los Laureles, Las Mercedes, Mburucuyá, and Ykua Satí (which most of them are the nearest to malls like Shopping del Sol and supermarkets, by the way). These zones are safe, walkable, and full of coffee shops, gyms, and coworking spaces, along with nightlife if you're into bars. Those places are the easiest to start while you get to know the city.
