I am a self-retired Italian who already lived in LATM 40 years ago and now I am considering Paraguay; I understand that most expat are young and living in the capital, but I am instead interested in VIllarrica and neighborhoods. Is it correct the info in youtube videos like https://youtu.be/1HK7sowdz60 and https://youtu.be/yp8pWpYZtxA which claim that it is much cheaper and quieter than Asucion, CDE and even Encarnacion?
