Hey, quick question.Do you know where I can get a proper adapter or converter near Asuncion?

Hi everyone, I just landed in Paraguay for the first time and have a little problem. My laptop charger doesnt fit the power outlets here. the plug type is different from the one I use back home. I didnt realize this was something I need to prepare for, so now I’m stuck with a laptop I can’t charge. Does anyone know where I can buy a proper adapter or converter around Asunción? Ideal somewhere easy to reach, since I’m still figuring out the city. Any recommendations would help a lot. Thanks.
