Which bank should I choose?

I'm planning to open a local bank account. Are there banks that are easier for foreigners to work with?

Popular banks include Banco Itaú, Banco Sudameris and UENO Bank. Requirements vary, but all will ask for a local Paraguayan phone number, ID/residency documents and proof of address. For some foreigners it's easier to open a bank account in UENO.
