Paraguay faces a constant shortage of blood, and a small action from us can make a life-saving difference. This event is an invitation to come together as a community and offer the most precious gift of all: the gift of life.
👉 Important information: You do not need to be fasting to donate blood. In fact, it is recommended to eat a light meal before donating (such as fruit, toast, cookies, or yogurt) and to drink plenty of water. Please avoid fatty foods and alcohol at least 24 hours before donating.
Donating blood takes only a short time, but its impact can be immeasurable for someone in need. Your participation is a powerful act of compassion and solidarity.
